Legend sword is the best, but base doesn't matter that much the runes for Lawbringer is also very common. You can make lots of Lawbringer's.

Definitely restat and max all tornado synergies before maxing oak. And as others said, make lawbringer for merc. Windys hit a bit of a wall in a1 hell but it’s not as bad as other classes. It seems bad because everything before is complete cake.

Yeah, you're looking at a full gear overhaul. Prolly 3k NM Meph runs should do it.

if using lawbringer pb, then treachery is enough for last ias bp
if using legend sword, you need 75ias. So the helm must be mavina or andy with ias jewel or some 2sox helm like gskull or coa

just a little update, got +3nado pelt from meph and found 3sox two handed sword

I got Lem before from NM hellforge, though I don't have Ko rune. Ko rune seems hard to find from nightmare so I probably have to get my way to hell countess so I can farm the Ko rune from there. Also don't have a second Lem so can't make treachery just yet either :/

Then pb is the way to go since you wanna use gface for cb.

Also try looking for a white 3 or 0 socket pelt with 3 nado then make a delirium it’s a quick ish way to get a 5 nado and sometimes you get luck with other + skills
