We all know that the drop to storage ratio in this game is awful. As are other irritating bugs, oversights (y no +5frenzy for sins on fury when 1.10 came out?), etc.

In classic, where you don't have runes, charms, craft, and uniques had no lvl requirement it makes way less sense to hoard. In xpack it does, hence the reason every bnet player has accounts of mules. In single player it's way harder to accumulate runes, gems, bases for crafts, have material to cube up runes, save bases like 5os flails (or double axe, or war scepter, I mean, this stuff isn't RARE). You have to pick one or the other.

As far as playing how it was meant to be played, holy crap. It's a game that's been around since we were kids, a game that was advanced for the time but full of exploits. How many people here don't qbug Andy? Use ebug armor for mercs? Moat Meph or door Andy? How many duelers out there would pass up an old bTal, dual rw item, 08 valk, etc?

All is good as long people enjoy it that way imo. We all got the choise to not use any or not follow/read the WT. Game is too old and too few play s.p. to nitpick.

who cares what other people do?.. if its fun for them.. whatever..

it's agreeable to an extent. for grails it is necessary. i'm currently doing a set item grail and is the first time i've used it and am enjoying it. i didn't want to do a complete grail b/c i didn't want to go too hardcore and would do it on a sorc later if i enjoyed it.
i didn't even know about the stat/skill reset for the longest time even while using the program. i'm only using plugy for extended stash and runewords, plus the anni/torch after i'm able to kill hell baal as part of a post-goal after finishing the walk.

as far as anni/torch, it's about self enjoyment, but i do think it makes the game way too easy if you go for it before "completing" the walk. i'll still watch if they go for it, but imo you should complete the game prior to getting those overpowered charms.

still don't find how it's cheating though if all you're doing is essentially using "mules" aka extended stash, runewords, and getting anni/torch since all that is ladder b.net stuff.

Some people like myself have a life and don't have time to farm for a fucking base I found 3 acts earlier but do not have room for it cause shitty chest. I don't have 3 months to spend finding a base. So I gather shit and use it later. Simple huh?

Maybe some people should look at eclipses more often. They would not see extended chests. Problem solved.
