You can make up that CB easssssssssily
10%cb craft gloves
15% gores (I like gores more cuz of open wounds, but you could easily use g-toes (25%))
35% g-face
15% Duress rw armor. (Use gtoes if you use this)

That would give you 85% cb and a HUGE damage increase when you cb is useless.
Now, before you QQ about losing lifetap, have a lt wand on switch, if you need more time to kill the boss than the curse duration, I suggest you quit playing.
Now, before you QQ about losing a bunch of res.. That's easily made up for with fade prebuf and a good shield.

45 res exile = nnqq

Well yea.. but exile isn't the best UT smiter shield.

Mercs might aura is higher so it's useless.
70 cb is nice but you can get it elsewhere.
Ctc life tap in pvm? Decrep FTW (reapers merc). And you can use dracs vs ubers if you want to. Nn silly lw.

Death is far better. A LOT more damage, awesome DS, good cb and lots of other good adds.
