That's one GODLY find indeed!

I spent about 5k Perfect gems this season tryin to roll one, and failed yet again, haha.

Never found one since 2001.

The odds of rolling a Jeweler's Monarch of Deflecting is 1:14,220! On paper, you will need to spend at least 42 thousand Pgems to have a decent chance of finding one (~63% chance).

Pulled from reddit. It's basically a lottery item.
