I like to run that setup with -15 req +dex jewel in SS and shadowdancer boots for 25 dex, saves a ton of stats and gives 30 FHR! You will need to go 4 strength over -15% SS strength req (133) to be able to wear shadowdancer (167 = 133 + 30 from SS + 4).
