TZ doesn't increase rune drops, but if a rune drop is triggered a higher one than normal can drop if the monsters level is increased high enough to be able to roll for those higher rune tiers.

yeah TZ ruined the game

I personally love the ability to farm things outside of like 5 areas to get that sweet Rune 17 and TC 87 loot drops. Why do you feel like it ruined the game?

It doesn’t ruin the game, people may just feel like it lessens their achievements of the past. But I think that everyone knows finding a zod in legacy is much more rare than finding a zod in D2r, that is not a question haha. So nobody should let it detract from their own achievements. If it brings more people to the game, great!
