I am doing a grail run. I have yet to find a Harlequin Crest, eth or otherwise. I do have every other elite helm. I just found my 2nd Nat's weapon tonight, so I have a matching set of the claws, but still no shako. I have 3 (count them, 3) Mara's(20, 23, 23). I've had 2 SoJs, 2 BKs and a perfect HoZ, no shako. Like at this point, I almost want it to be my last item. I don't *need* it, my sorc has a Nightwing's socketed with a 5/5 cold die. Tempted to socket my perfect VMagi to put in a 5/5 level that I have laying around. Still no fucking shako.

Damn, that is rough. I couldn't find a cold facet, cold gc, or Nightwing to save my life. I ended up dying at lvl 93.75 lol oof. Have not had the motivation to get back into it.

I’ve found most of my Shakos from Baal and Meph.
It took me sooolong to find one, but now I don’t even pick them up on my sp account. Kinda sad

But in similar fashion I’m rocking an eth pair of War Travs because they’re the only ones I’ve found. They have lasted probably 40 hours of play time at least.

I started hc sp few months ago, and so far I have found 1 shako, 1 nightwing and 1 griffon. All eth.. the game ia trolling me so hard.

If you weren't already, consider going max block if you have temp eth items like this. Only hits that damage cause dura loss, so miss,block, or dodge don't count.

You might have to get creative and use a moser/Whitstand to get max block without losing your whole HP pool, but if it's the difference between shako or no shako I'd call it worth. Plus you're in hardcore so leaning on the defensive side is never a bad thing.

That's a really good idea actually. When I'm online HC I typically do go max block but since I didn't have CTA I just couldn't find the extra stat points. It lasted longer than I expected with 7 dura tbh.

Good news though I bit the bullet and remade a sorc I'm lvl 75ish now and ready to start grinding some Stony Tomb. Had a bunch of random fire gear left over so going to run that for a while. Found a Tal Rasha amulet while grinding on my paladin in Pits in sad boi mode (still missing chest and somehow belt from the set). But I'm in pretty good shape... Quest for non eth shako continues.

THANK THE GODS!!!! Terrorized Andy finally dropped me an Ohm. Dumbass Emilio can quit dying now maybe and I can be way safer. LOOK at that ROLL boizzzz

Status update is sorc is 84. I'm really tired of cold so I'm going fire and gonna grind TZ Stony Tomb and Andy for a while. +12 fire skills on gear, lost my Arach on my dead sorc
Goals:
- Find a second Ber for infi or Jah for Enigma
- Find non-eth Shako
- Find Tals Chest & belt
- Find or cube eth eltie polearm 4os (also lost in RIP)
