not that charges up skill only use one charge.. and a 3 kick dragon talon can use up all 3 to proc all 3 at once

is it possible for a a hell viable build (pvm) with phoenix strike as main charge up? and then dragon talon to proc all 3

if so what other nix synergy should i max

its not really viable to use more than 2 charge up skilll at once

do you think this can be viabale?

if so what should i use?
i wont need to max talon just enough to reach lvl 12 for 3 kicks

no matter how i look at it the damage just seems low

Once I made an assa with dragon claw+ phoenix. Dragon claw has nice attack rating. 20 phoenix 20 dragon claw 20 mastery, rest for BOS and passives

phoenix strike has been viable since 1.08 lmao.

since 1.10 max thunder claws, phoenix strike and dragon tail been has been viable.

since the latest patch the killing speed is more in line with the popular builds.

My main character on d2r is a 88 martial arts assassin. she has max phoenix strike, thunder claws and blades of ice, level 18 dragon tail, death sentry and 1 point in every shadow skill.

She's pretty decked out with solid end game gear but not quite 100% top of the line.

I would go dragon tail over talon. My dragon tail hits for over 13,000 damage with no phoenix / thunder charges. It has a nice AoE splash too.

dragon talon benefits from stuff like crushing blow. phoenix strike benefits from + skills. so dragon talon doesn't fit the elemental skills well, because you'll want to wear a shako over g face, etc. dragon tail is built more around + skills than talon.

The nice thing about this build is there are no immunities in the game that can give her issues.

If you have any questions let me know. I can make videos of her running specific areas in hell or showing how the build works in general. She solos any level in the game fine.

I think the biggest issue as a melee character, is the wasp in Über Duriel's map.

Physical immune and mana burn. My Uber-Talon has higher lvl LS along with Conviction aura from merc so she can deal with them, but Tail-sin has barely no points to put LS, so I wonder if she can kill them.

My third Sin is now lvl 82, and I've just come up with a new build. She will be a pure MA-Sin, all skill points will be put into MA tab. This is because I don't want to use DS

What trouble could that give a phoenix striker? My phoenix strike assassin on a full charge does 2,500 cold damage per chaos bolt, 11,000 lightning damage per lightning bolt, and 2,000 fire damage every meteor, plus poison damage.

So what if a monster is immune to dragon tail? That's only one part of her offensive arsenal.

My question is how do you achieve a full charge vs mana burn mobs?

This is the main reason why I don't want to make a normal Phoenixer.

But I've come up with an idea to solve this issue.

I've run arcane plenty of times and the physical immune mana drain ghosts are no issue. You can always put an insight on your merc if you're worried.
