Soooooo.

I Found a Pelta Lunata buckler from the horrors "skeletons" in act 3, sewers level 2..

But when i google Pelta Lunata i says it only can be found in act 1 normal?

"Pelta Lunata is a unique Buckler, a type of shield from Diablo II: Lord of Destruction.

Pelta Lunata has minimal bonuses, but is useful in early game, mostly due to its blocking bonuses and low requirements. It also gives large bonuses to Energy and Vitality. As it is a Treasure Class 3 item, it may only be found in Normal Act I. Its high uqlvl make it a very rare drop."

Out of context. May, is the keyword. The reason is a t3 item is more rare to find the farther you go into the game because the chance of it spawning as a unique + low level item is very low.

I remember finding that shield in Act 1, back in my starting days (not that things have changed much since then). I thought it was the most amazing thing, but when you have just started a game you're not familiar with, every unique feels like this. I remember finding Razortine in act 1 catacombs with the same character, i loved it so much i ended up using it until Act 3 as a zeal paladin, instead of giving it to a mercenary. I didn't know there could be items in D2 that are Act/Difficulty specific, is the info from the wiki confirmed?

Indeed! And it was before i developed the habit of going on the internet for guides and solutions... yup, playing normal difficulty, getting destroyed in act 4 and not knowing why or what is happening was the best feeling. :D

Bro. That feeling. I told people my struggle back in the day (as my friend told me how to play, which was super wrong - 2-1-1-1 in each attribute and put a skill into each skill....) and my ocd didn’t let me use charms or things with +stats lmao. Couldn’t finish a4 in normal mode bc the fire damage.

Thankfully I learned a lot since, as that was like 15 years ago. And I wasn’t a gamer.

Thankfully i'm still trying to learn today... and still failing. But i'm sure if i wasn't so lazy and read more about the game i could eventually fail less... but not entirely. :D
