i basically hate bnet. its garbage.

so obviously i decided to go the plugy route..

well its fun and finding stuff on your own is rewarding. but its become very boring. and i just cant commit 8 hours a day to try to finish a grail.

i tried streaming to try and find some viewers to chat with. but had no success there.

pod changes to much for me to be interested in that.

should i try something else? speedruns?

hang up the hotspurs and find a new game to play?

If you feel yourself getting burned out, just take a break. This game can wear on you. I really only play a total of about two months out of the entire year.

It isn't necessary because you are on the bullshit table right here. Just 'cuz Blizz did not give a fuck about single player means we shouldn't either? Wrong.

The list you put here does NOT change anything originally accesable on battle.net. Except maybe endless cowlevel, i did not know that.

And you think you can't use hero editor in vanilla? Lol. I've played when stat or skill re-stating was NOT a thing in Diablo 2. Now it is, Akara does it for you for free, lol... Should i jump on your ass cuz you don't play pre 1.10? Cuz that's the vanilla D2 FOR REAL! No torch or enigma for you brother!

So plugY just an extension Blizz should have created 10 years ago. So what? It's same hard to kill Nihlatak and dolls will kill you same way, whatsoever. it's still d2 dumbdumb, even if you think it's ain hardcore VANILLA if you don't play without spirit or insight in single player.

Also ubers and dc are exactly the same as on bnet, except minions won't spawn cuz blizzard was being lazy fuck and provided that through online access, they won't spawn in singleplayer no matter what you are up to.

Almost everything on this list can be disabled. The few QoL things like muling, ladder rw, ilvl showing, and stats page aren't worth throwing the baby out with the bath water. These were things you could simply do/figure out without it. I can understand why people hate on plugy with the ubers and constant respecs, but disliking the QoL stuff for a game that's 20y old is the same kind of elitism that bores me by people that only want to play sorc and hammerdin. Guess I should just turn my nose up at people who can't play p8, only play SC, or play untwinked. Different strokes.

OP has to find his own fun.

For me personally, MF'ing always led to D2 burnout. Playing untwinked on hardcore and with a higher player settings keeps me engaged. It's far more fun (for me). I hope you find your fun OP.
