so i want to make a character purely for doing chaos sanctuary

what sort of options are viable?

must be able to clear all monsters without infinity or enigma (ideally no HR gear)
obviously needs to be able to kill diablo as well.. and not having to revive merc a million times would be nice

ideally with a player count of at least 3 but ideally over 5

clear speed is important(ish) no single attack melee etc

if you suggest a build.. post gear choices, skills, etc
try and keep it as budget as possible

Rare boots with resist or vendor mf boots
Any gloves
best random rings you find
best ammu you find


Merc: A2 Might merc
Highest base insight (Him killing is important)
Treachery armor or any armor that helps him survive
Tal helm

This, but i would use a second amu with tele charges. Tele to cs and then switch amus. Can switch for teleing on top of dia as well.

I lvld my hammerdin to lvl 90 on p7 with this method.

Telestaff is easier to get, just run vendors after a2 norm

Teleamu is a solid option indeed.

A hdin with budget gear can get it done easily.

hammerdin with shako (tele amu/staff)

everything else is shit without infy/enigma

java with lower res wand on switch is strong as well but hammerding with tele staff still no 1
