my gear is as following:

titans non eth
mf helm
highlords
spirit
trires boots
2 bk rings or 2 nagels depending on situation
2 passive 20 ias gloves
tal belt
treachery armor

merc
bonehew
grisworld armor
tal mask or crown of thieves?

what is the next step for upgrading gear? still get wrecked quite a bit by monsters on p8

I don't play single player so probably not much help. I suggest a 30/20 shield like mosers with p diamonds or facets, or a stormshield maybe? raven frost for cannot be frozen. You probably already know this, but razortail is the best belt for java. If your low on resists with fade, maybe maras?

The biggest upgrade for you is infinity on merc.

Other stuff:

Merc weapon imo even insight is better than bonehew because you can spam javelins with it.

Get 3 java 20 ias gloves. Can be shopped from anya in 30 minutes.

You could socket a 15 ias jewel in your mf helm and reach the next ias breakpoint that way

Imo ravenfrost is a must as well, cbf is OP.

you don't have cbf
if you haven't found stuff like raven, you can make rhyme
get 3java 20 ias gloves. or less than 3/20, still better than 2passive.

sanctuary in troll nest is imo best option if u have res problems
razortail is nice as belt if u fight mobs
and raven as ring cbf is a must have
