This game is so random. I just booted up an old single player hdin I had from years ago and decided to push past LK on P1. Then this pops out of log in upper kurast:

Do you think it actually throws a bone to characters that have been dormant? I found the shako, then aldurs boots at travincal, then a 4os 42res gilded shield in LK... it feels fishy. All in all enough to respec and complete the game with hdin.

On my throw barb walkthrough I was casually browsing LK with my throw barb and tripped over a Sur and Ber rune within a couple hours. Wasn't even aiming for Enigma, but thought as I was halfway there... took weeks of intense LK grinding to find the same again, of course
