i would try masoleum in hell with this
can get up to 2.8-3k Damage on blizz

what do you think i wanna safe for farmathon
and remember no ladder rws

That damage should be alright for mauseloum.
Try go craft an amulet for yourself, might give you more space for a better damage equipment, like Occy.

I'd go back to meph and try to farm occy, wts (or get rare boots with mf). Also if you're playing blizz, fcr is not mandatory so you can go down to a lower breakpoint and use x4 Ptopaz armor and X3 Ptopaz helm

my res are good enough for Mephisto so we will see i think im gonna farm mosars Shield and then try hell but lets see

Thats cnbf, a bit def, 20/30mod and 25mf. But bit less res than ancients pledge.

Or splendor if smoke armor.

Blizz dmg should be enough for hell.
