So lately i've been thinking about trying to do a fun build for chaos runs with a barb.
All i can really think of is maybe a thunder maul breath of the dying with whirlwind.
I'd love to hear some other weapon types that might be better/more damage when it comes to killing hell chaos mobs.
Also any other gear recomendations would be great
Atm I have enigma/arreats/angelic set with raven ring/gore rider/dracs/verdungo belt
What gear on merc would be best aswell?

guilli cham
hl
2* grief pb
eni (sa)
loh
2* fcr ring (and stuff like ar str dex life min ll ml)
arach
gores
hotos or spirits or 1 of each for bo and tele
torch
anni
max/ar/life charms
a2 might merc with reaper's toll (p8) or pride (p1)
dex for pb
vita for 3k life or whatever you feel is needed
rest str
E: max ww bo shout mastery, enough points in natural resist to cap your light and fire res, 1berserk if merc doesn't have reaper's

Change those phase blade out with colossus blade +39ias grief
Pb have bad range for ww

And i would use steelrends gloves instead of loh

steelrends is garbage compared to loh
pb are indestructible, only viable option

Cb have +50 Dura. so they are very nice for grief! and have best range!
May i ask why steelrends are garbage?
60Ed + 20 Str ( +20 Ed ) + 10 CB ?



And if you want best barb for cs. then go zerk with grief pb and do seal trick to loot all other monsters.
