Classic Chars i've completed:

WW Barb

Classic Chars i've tried and failed:
Orb/Wall Sorc (x3)
WW Barb
Dual Element Ranger Paladin
Psn Nova Necro

So i'm getting tired of swinging Hammers every time i play but im still interested in Classic Chars.
What other chars could still kill hell CS without having a 5 hour battle with every immune u walk by??

1. Sorc - Orb/Wall (probably the easiest but i seem to rush too fast and orb is mana consuming with low damage in hell)
2. Zon - Lite/PSN java (with it being Dual element isnt the damage low for both?)
3. Barb - (WW is the only E-Z skill)
4. Paladin - Zealer (already completed hammerdin and i tried a ranger and failed)
5. Necro - Summons, bone, poison nova (would have to be a hybrid to get your summons ready for Hell CS, Bone i've heard is low damage, Poison nova just about stops at NM act 4 )

Can a paladins conviction break immunes in classic??
Thought about a vengeance paladin instead of straight zeal.
Probably low damage considering u can't find much +elemental damage.

So u want me to respec for act 4 in NM and hell?? Or just hybrid to make up for it some how?? Because hybrid in classic is just about a waste of any char because u dont have any +skills to make up for it.

Hmmm pure summon nec in classic must be shit as summons die if u change acts, aswell as merc. Cannot imagine how a4 hell players 8 solo looks like.:)


I d go for zealer, and have fun with it.:) not sure if clasic is the place to test exotic builds:D but would be nice following.

The ones ive listed wouldn't be too "exotic" , just the only hybrids that I figured could have a chance and the reason I dont think they would make it.

Zealer seemed descent, civerbs mace is a great set weapon to use. At level 80 it would be around 1k physical but not sure that's enough either. Been waiting for the current classic zealer walk thru to make it a little further.

Half tempted to try a useless build thats really fun just to kill the monotone of swinging hammers.
Thought about a WW/Item Find barb with bonesnap and lots of MF but that wouldn't get far past NM CS and what GG rares could drop from that area?

Once I have character alive and kicking ass in classic, I get the feeling that alot of chars have the possibility to do something like they do in expac, lol. But hell P8 is a brick wall and they dont take No shit from any 1..
