So I’ve run nearly every build for a frenzy barb.
Poison damage over time is annoying.
I’ve max poison res. Is it possible to cancel this out with rep life on dungos and a ring? Should I get a poison length reduction ring?
I am using LoH. Is it lack of life tap?

LW pb or erep fools pb
FoC armor
Gores
Melee Inventory with some res charms to get max res

Also, Act 1 merc cause I love the frenzy too much

Change Dungo for String of ear,
change LW for a second Grief.
Get act 2 mercenary with Might and Concentration.

%life leech covers all poison damage, easily...

Who is dealing too much poison dmg to you? Andy or lilith are the only two i can think of that really hurt

Ya. I do pot on occasion.
LL on strings or on my melee ring does offset this. My concern is how much life it eats away if I’m not attacking something. Just curious if there’s a way to mitigate that besides potting or attacking. If not, no worries. A crappy connection and RL distraction almost killed me the other day.
Can u stack rep life with max PR? I’ve been on the lookout for poison dam red % rings too.

Could you say what monster puts you into trouble with its poison ?
Usually, having 75% poison res (and the life pool of a barbarian) is more than enough...

Good call! Will try this. Also have a LW PB I could use on switch to cast Fade but it’s low % (heard a rumor u can stand in fire until it casts...?)

Treachery gives -75% psn and curse duration. Better have 105 fcr in bo swap
Yes standing in fire at river of flame is quick. Borrow your mercs NONETH treachery and give it back when you are done
Lw is not good
