What are some good weapons for a Frenzy Barb without ladder runewords? I feel like there are more options for axes than swords. Crescent Moon or Ebotd come to mind. Any advice?

Including anything that can be made in single player w/ no Plugy. What uniques are you referring to?

Initially I asked about end game gear. But I also have a question about early gave WT, for example. Right now I have 3 options: Malice Crystal Sword, Strength Crystal Sword, and Isenharts. Malice gives 100% OW, Strength gives me CB and Life Leach, but Isenharts has that high damage and faster attack speed. What should I use for early game? Maybe stash Malice for bosses?

Upped Butchers' Pupil x2.

So many options for frenzy barb, ofc beggars are not choosers, same with single player, you dont choose what you find but what comes to my mind is tryin to get that Buthers Pupil in nightmare or Headstriker... You can start with these, Sazabi Cobalt Redeemer, Bul Kathos Combo, my favourite combo for frenzy barb is Azurewrath/Grandfather (well my favourite combo is 2x grief but since no ladder rws). Im not listing top gear, just somethin to start with...

hunt for butchers pupil at nm andy and eventually you will get x2.

also if you can find a nice base for Honor thats a really cheap easy runework to make thats very op.

in norm use ur malice etc that you can get early on.

you need to farm yourself the butcher pupils and up them if you want to do decent damage in hell.

I’m lvl 47 doing efficient Andy runs safely (and getting good exp!) I use a Tele staff but walk to boss packs. Actually found a Butchers Cleaver around run 15-20! Now I’m at about run 100 and no luck with the 2nd. My other weapon is Cold kill.

Is it worth it to farm for the 2nd one or should I progress to Meph and start running Mephisto now?
