Since my competitor has alot of life events and wont have time for our zealer face off for a couple months, ive decided to trade my zealer in and come out with a new way of having fun..

First I thought about a "DURIEL" paladin as I was going to call it..
Holy freeze charger (1 hand or 2 hand)

But then I got interested in bows and crossbows because of my "competitors" bowa zon walk..

So I figured I would try a ranger paladin, hoping to grind for a buriza at NM meph, but then I thought, would that make it way to easy??

So here's where ur opinion comes in:

Classic = dual element ranger (change to fanat if I find that godly bow)
Hell P8 I would have a socketed perfect emerald bow or skip around the monster if I could.

Whichever you enjoy more. I probably lean expansion.

Im starting to enjoy classic now.. Instead of grinding NM mephisto for all the gear u need. U can grind from normal meph and up to find end game worthy gear..

Expansion would be fun with harmony, I don’t remember if you are using lad rws or not

Yes I have ladder runeword available. HarmonySeems like a cheap runeword with plenty of ED..

Plus you’ll want raZortail belt for the pierce

classic you could run ravenclaw w/ holy fire and melt pretty much all non-fire immunes with relative ease.

but vs fire immunes you'd need to swap to holy shock or freeze to beat immunes.

Would raven claw work with cold or lite, or the explosion only available for fire element?

i'm not sure but i'd guess if a pally could fire Frozen Arrows, like if there was a bow like Rclaw but for cold, they could add Holy Freeze dmg to the AoE portion. but no such bow exists and nothing like that for Holy Shock.

sadly you'd have to deal with just plain old attack w/ the ele dmg for immunes.

you could technically get skill charges of freezing arrow on a holy frost pally and yes it adds the cold damage to the explosion same as fire on exploding arrows
the most you can get is 25 on gloves and 45 on a bow
but there's no free freezing arrows affix like exploding arrows, and the only way without modding the game would be if they added it as a +oskill item
