the most important changes are:
grief instead of lw
goblin toe instead of gores

mara is better than HL unless you use a salva against meph AND have a 15ias jewel somewhere, for 65ias bp without fana
forty beats coh but you might need more resist charms to compensate

skills 20smite 20HS 20fana rest whatever

Upped HoZ is good too.

If you want to make it even faster you can use enigma. If you lack res, you could prebuff with treachery.

LW to Grief PB
CoH to Forti or Enigma
Exile to Zaka
Verdungo to SoE
Gores to Goblins

Conviction past level Uber Mephisto's and you are fine

20 smite
20 fana
rest to zeal and defiance

eq:

guli umed (or with life/allres jewel)
grief
highlord
duress or forti
treachery for precast
exile
loh
raven
dwarf (or stats ring, str/dex/life/allres)
goblin
tg or any belt

i like exile+ loh setup, but ofc upped zaka+dracs is good also
if u have GOD pb, then u can change goblin to gore if u want

only u need is gulli+grief+ something with life tap u can use lifetap wand or marrowwalk also, if u dont wanna use exile/dracs
