I was thinking of putting 16 in telekenisis and getting a ES/shiver armor CTA.

Magefist for 105fcr bp. Seems good to me

20 telekinesis is much better than 16.

Griffon or Nightwing are much better than shako.
Enigma is better than CoH.
Death fathom or crescent moon are much better than Oculus (assuming you still hit 105%fcr with crescent moon).

Gloves should have 20fcr, as said before.

Only 1 into cold mastery, with Infinity mercenary.

fOrb/FBall is better because you can put 1pt Static and get 50% of the enemies' health with just 2 casts and let merc finish them, and still can use Insight on merc instead of needing Infinity

However, I have to ask, is funding not a problem? Because tried and true pure lightning with infinity merc when fully geared is the fastest solo pvm character in the game, in my opinion

Because then its 1 to 1 ratio for es mana to life.

and why do you think a 1:1 ratio is better than another ratio?

nova is not very good in pvm post 1.09
and making a second post about es doesn't give the chance of it being any better. it's still incredibly shitty in pvm
