I wanted to try something fun and challenging. So I'm going to be trying a Golem necro.

Available skills
Summon tree - Golem and their bonuses
Pnb tree - Poison Dagger (if need be)
Spell tree- All

In addition to them skills in allowing myself to melee, a hired merc, AND any skills obtained by + to skill items (such as wands, heads, charges,etc.)

Rules:
Use skills as listed above
P8 on all progress
Hardcore (death is death)

Goals:
Enter hell !!!

Made it to level 6 and cleared den before I had to help my daughter do homework so this will be a slow walk thread.

Ideal gear as I progress:
Normal-
Wand with summons to help
Stealth

Nighmare-
Spirit sword for switch to summon higher level Golem
Viper magi (would be nice)
Lore helmet
Maybe a dagger for psn dagger or better summon wand


Ideals- dont need fcr gear, I think im gonna need melee gear with best possible + skills

Dim vision and confuse will be your best friend to keep you and your Merc from being over whelmed

Current Gear thats worth listing:
+2 Clay golem / +2 amp wand, 18 res shield, tal'd armor (half of stealth)

Switch prebuff for bone armor is:
+1 Bone Armor wand, +3 Bone armor Shield

Currently just got book, need to head into sewers and then trav.
Created Iron Golem with aMaul with prevent monster heal and Knock Back (59 max damage)

If you get merc, it will be merc nec

Yea, merc doing alot of the damage. But without merc it wouldnt be possible. I'm just anxious to get to fire Golem to see how well he helps

The real challenge is getting ready to start.
15mf ring, 15mf ring, 19 mf gloves, 25mf boots = 74% MF and 60% GF (40% Gc, 20%/6 @res Gc)
