Hi guys,

I have a new probleme...

My D2 close after making a game in single player.

yesterday, i've done the thing to enable ladder rw. Then, i ve played a bit, like 1 hour.

Today, im trying to play but, when i make a game, D2 close almost instantly.
I don't know if there is any link but, i ve never had such issu...

I don't know what to do.

Someone had a similar pb?

Had it happen twice, but not sure what the problem was

Nope. Only happened twice then started working again. It was on a single player char that I hero edited items in. Like the game took a couple times to load the changes or something, sounds dumb but I dont know what else to explain it.
Ur situation sounds like its technical if ur just now adding rune words, and im not good in the technical part. Maybe pikabhew or 1 of the others will be able to help fix that part

Hmm ok mate, thank you. This is weird.

you must have messed up the process to enable runewords, i would just try setting it up again,

something nice to do, make a copy of the original diablo 2 and save it in a folder, so when you try to mod / make changes and mess up, you already have an original downloaded and ready to go.... a simple copy/paste will do the trick

Thx for your input mate, but the thing is, i ve just began a new char in single player mod and no problem, just no D2 closed. I m playing for about one hour or so now and its all good.
This is just my necro, i thing this is linked with the outage yesterday :/...

i suppose there is a chance that a sudden power shut off could have corrupted your save file, maybe that is what happened then
