yes but you will still have the same cool-down period, you'll just be able to cast it faster.

absolutly, the animation is fastest but it does not affect the number of hit you can cast inna minut.

No 1 is even mentioning it as a choice

there is a difference between slow walkthroughs, and walkthroughs where the monster regen is > your damage output. Same reason nobody makes a rares only fisticuffs barb

But the walk thru is about the grind ha, id say the grind would be really horrible with Foh.
