You have no idea how hard it was to find a house that fitted my criteria. I viewed over 38 homes for rent over 7 countries (some virtually, some in-person) and only 4 of them really came close. 2 of them were in the United Kingdom. The issue with those houses is that you can open a side window and literally kiss your nieghbor's ass without much issue. The other one was in Finland but the basement was totally destroyed and the landlord had no plans to fix it before I would move in. This house is awesome! I have the 5 bedrooms I need so I would not need to rent a second property for my daughter's nanny. The rent is a little on the high side but to be honest they only want $3,000 dollars to break the 2 year rental lease which is not much at all considering how much I am paying for monthly rent. Had to take this property... easy out if my daughter and I do not like it. She's technically still doing her course work for her High School in the states online so I have not really checked out the schools around Hamburg so that may be the deciding factor.
Plus my daughter's nanny knows fluent German so its always nice to have a translator, if needed.
