So I started a p8 hc run and decided to go with a windy druid. I had no problems until hell a1. Monsters take alot of time to kill even though my merc is rather good and my gear aswell.

I'm using spirit crystal sword, ancient's pledge, +2 nado pelt, 1 druid skills crafted amu, stealth body armor and others are random.

I'm lvl 73 and I've maxed out Cyclone armor, Tornado and Hurricane. I put like 11 points to oak, 1 to grizzly and now I'm maxing Twister.

My A2 defiance merc is using Eth hone sundan, eth rattlecage and random head.

My tooltip on Tornado is 2k and hurricane 800. What should I do to ramp up my dmg? As far as I'm aware, I can't get anything good from nm mephisto farming or something like that.

Also worth noting, I'm using plugy. Any tips appreciated!

Restat and max twister before you max cyclone armor. How do you plan on having dmg if you max passive skill like cyclone armor instead actual synergy to your main dmg skill^^

Ehm, CA is also synergy for Nado ^^

What why? Cyclone armor > Twister when maxing. CA keeps you alive and is for Nado. Cane is a secondary attack, Nado is your main attack. Cane is really used to cast cold dmg.

ye that's what I thought also, gives dmg to tornado as well as survivability and hurricane duration is nice too

So no one has any ideas? ^^ tbh, this is my first time doing a p8 playthrough so maybe it's just that hard and I've got to struggle my way through it

You should do more nm runs. At ele dru its all about +sks considering dmg wise. Get viper, 4-5nado helm, soj, lidless/splendor, maybe even some plain ele sk drops.
Also try get lem and make lawbringer sword and use a5 mrec. it makes difference

Max nado synergies and switch to a5 merc and make Lawbringer.

Oh hell you get nice stuff of meph... You just have to run him quite often, but he actually has the highest dropchance for most of good nm items... Looking over this Discussions I will do a nm to hell guide for every class I think... I've been thinking about it for long.
