Hello,

the release of the warlock made me want to go for the holy grail again while enjoying this new class and the other changes to the game

Rules:
- always /players 8, including reruns, countess, ubers etc.
- find a unique off hand book
- create one of the new runewords

Goals:
- short term: kill hell Baal
- long term: reach the holy grail

Den cleared.

Going for ring of fire early game - very comfortable for larger mob groups, but kind of annoying against single targets like raven.



First book Levitation mastery is kind of helpful in the early game, since it increases melee dmg.



Cain saved. I also put skill points in the demon branch and use a tainted as my companion. He does distance dmg and also provides a fire res aura.

First countess kill.



Nice ring



I reran countess a few times and collected some runes, I also built a stealth armor.

This skill is a lot of fun to use



First set item.



Another set item before Andy, and it's one of the new set items I will not use it over stealth, though.

Despite ring of fire being bad against single targets, Andy was easy thanks to her fire vulnerability.

Staff. Maggot lair was easier than expected, because my ring of fire was able to hit the mobs even in the narrow ways.

Duriel was not too easy, to be honest. I had to go back to town a few times and revive Emilio. But in the end, I was successful
