You can very likely clear it with your current gear but I'd add a few things to be sure because its single player and you cannot rejoin or ask for help if you fail it:
1. if you have azurewrath keep it in your stash and put 1 point in zeal, its good against physical immunes if you ever need it, some of them can spawn in uber area
2. make sure to have a 4 * ptopazed shield against mephisto only, its ~ +200 lightning resist, I don't think you have enough resist with your current gear vs meph
3. your weapon does nothing against any other of the ubers, but protects against mephisto, there are a lot of good unique paladin scepters for smiter, check if you have any on your mules. There are some good runewords too that work well with smite against ubers (black, malice)
4. be prepared that you will need to recast life tap, if you don't have draculs it probably won't last until the end
5. double check player count before you open the first portal
