Depends on the content you're doing

Lunaris is better for general mapping, Solaris is better for bossing (crit immunity shouldn't matter if you're Boneshatter + leech since only 1 shots from will kill you, and getting crit immunity after you've already been crit is pretty useless)

Minor god is usually Ralakesh or Shakari. Tukohama isn't bad since if you're doing deep delve then you're going to be standing still vs boss nodes
