I recently realized how "big" people trade in Poe-JSP and they litteraly just create a New account make it quick lvl 95-99 and use it for trading.

Ofc in Longerm you cause a chain ban wave and get multiple people banned.

My Question is will i get any punishment for doing it the same way as its obvious my fault then these People get banned?

or is it like your problem you traded with me you know there was a risk this happen even tho if i do it this way its 100% guaranteed that everyone traded with me get pulled down into the banwave ?

its the only save way with a second poe account just for trade
newby ppl here asking to trade with real players and old accounts... how the heck ^^
i remember other leagues you have trades up and down with only old JSP Account Players

yeah but its kinda then guaranteed that many acc's get banned in the end, while we even tho not 100%, but would have less then right now have people banned?

and if so far what Mods etc answered to me they dont give a poop if you getting like 30 people banned as they accepted the risk.

every offense is retroactive
ive lost accounts that ive last logged into 2 years back
basically if you want safety, stash fgs and not poe currency. poe accounts are expendable and treat them as such. ive had cases where i was banned while being completely innocent, if you put trust in poe mods, thats on you

probably, but ggg are all over the place so who knows


another problem is the botters/rmters that sell on here keep getting name changes on jsp to hide who they are so they can keep ruining peoples accounts across the various games

well my main got banned last november and i just realized it was due to someone just used a "new" acc and recently i had to refuse nearly 2/3 of all trades as they had like "2 weeks ago registered" acc's.

im scared that this kinda spread to much and in the end jsp becomes a useless place as 99% accs = guaranteed bans in the end.

That's why you ask them to send you an actual website trade link. Then you can verify and check the account. Or you can even go so far as right click the name what whisper you and it'll show you account.

Then you look up the profile on the site. If its private or new, I politely decline trade.
