So Dominating Blow really blew for me

Well, it did decent until t14 and gear worth 5div, but is now a little clunky with getting the sentinels up...
It gets maps and bosses done, but really slowly.

now I wanna reroll into something else as a witch. Doesn't matter ascendancy

I don't wanna play any minionbuild tho, looking into something balanced(I guess everyone says this) between mapping and bossing.
Glass cannons is not my thing, I'd rather have it take a little longer to kill a boss than to have one mistake make me die.

I have about 17 divs to my name atm. and could probably do more by selling the DB gear.

Been looking into Winter Orb and Spark a little bit.
Does anyone have experience or know if my 17-20 divs is enough to make a build out of?

Pianoing skills and flasks is not an issue, it just makes it immersive.

Any help or suggestions of other builds appreciated

Winter orb chars have close to none defenses excluding freezing everything, spark for witch builds is a bit different then staple inqui stuff, mostly used with phantasmal quality and it's not a cheap build.

if we call something like more balanced maybe vortex ignite elementalist would do the trick or cold dot ele/occu. Maybe some bv stuff but probably same issue as winter orb + staying in melee range to deal damage for bosses could be an issue.
