how is ruthless, is anyone playing it?

i am playing ruthless hardcore, it's pretty brutal made it to lvl 20 last night.

after beating marveil, just farmed the boss outside a2 for like 30-40 minutes and actually got a few decent items.

haha. just got to act 5 and need to kill kitava, but still need to grind more. i've only found 1 fusing and a few chromes

i didn't even find a nice belt until the end of act 2. it was a blue and i clicked that thing so fcking fast when i saw, you have no idea
