Not sure how to fix the regen.... would be nice to also get frenzy charges, but the only way to get from bosses is the 8% on hit node that I am seeing, which is pretty low... not sure if the uptime will be 100% with it.

Also, wonder if the 25% bleed from gloves alone will be enough for procs on aoe packs. (will be using ancestral and melee splash during that)

double strike have inherit 25% bleed chance, so 50%, it doesn't look bad then

regen is not a problem here - degen is coming from blood rage that also gives you life leech so unless you can't hit anything you're fine.

need frenzy charge uptime on bosses? 8% on tree from mastery, qual poacher's mark and 13% on hit with 5+ AS is fine. Mapping frenzy charges are ok because of blood rage.

btw in your pob - violent retaliation doesn't give you lucky crit chance, but lucky attack dmg.

Most crucial - eternal blessing WON'T WORK WITH DREAD BANNER, DETERMINATION AND FLESH AND STONE at the same time, all have aura tag = you will have only 1 active at the time, so solution - reserve mana and get leech at any point. Also added precision with arrogance to easily cap accuracy + get some crit chance in place of ice golem.

So I thought why not go for Vaal Pact since you're getting barely any life regen, so we double it and go for leech wheel and leech mastery that will give us leech through the roof.

You should also consider getting a shield with flat life and %life on block for giga surv while mapping.

That build won't be top tier in any kind, but if you like double strike go for it, glad to see something different.

EDIT: you may need elreon craft on rings, but they will be rather easily accessable in trade to get from other guy.

Another 2 ideas - we have endurance charge on kill from Agressive Bastion and Deflection, we can remove endu charge on melee stun from leap slam and get power charge on crit - crit generation -> more crit chance

Second is to swap one crit wheel with mark wheel near SE cluster slot, get mastery for 10% frenzy on hit and swap poacher's mark with assassin's mark.
