the masters of gaslighting strike again

! lemme give a tldr and translation for those who dont wanna read (which is a good idea btw)
1) "jewels will now have a wider variety of mods that provide reduced duration/effect of ailments"
what does it actually mean: it means they will nerf other things that give it. purity of elements comes to mind. this is the tried and true ggg gaslighting, to try to pass a nerf as a buff. a good example from 3.19 was when they said "we had to nerf harvest because we made it tradable", while in reality it was the opposite, they wanted to nerf it and only then made it tradable in order to justify that action
why it sucks: because now jewels will probably be made mandatory if you want to cap ailment avoidance

2) "removed some jewels from the drop pool and put them as corruption only"
what does it actually mean: it means that they wanted to remove good implicits from jewels, but since doing that would cause an absolutely massive shitstorm, they did it for some jewels and again tried to paint it as a good thing
why it sucks: because you wont be able to get CB or anything useful on (probably) most jewels
3) "removed unique jewels as quest rewards. jewels should be most exciting than before"
what does it actually mean: "should be more exciting than before" almost always means "we will nerf the drop rate so hard that you will get very happy if you eventually see one drop"
why it sucks: because this basically means less jewels
tldr of tldr: these are all nerfs despite the wording. also i dont think many ppl will swallow this PR bullshit because its been repeated so many times
