The Beast Fur Shawl Unique Body Armour no longer has +15-25 to maximum Energy Shield. It now has 120-160% increased Energy Shield (previously 110-130%), 10% increased Damage taken (previously 5%), and
50-100% increased Energy Shield Recovery rate (previously 30-40%).
Used to be 50%soul of arakali + 20%increased recovery belt + 40%body armour+100% = 210%recovery es
Now its 60more, thats 270/210====>28.57%more energy shield recovery

maybe 57to60% after spending 1exault on jewel

Ofc when mana reaches zero is not that problem then when life reaches zero, so overcapped recoup life is ok
