You need to be really carefull when using JSP/FG for POE, yes!
GGG ist actively banning cuz they consider JSP "real money trading".

PoE automatically flags accounts that use "keywords" in chat. So never talk about jsp, fg, etc in game.
Always add an 'interesting' item in the trade when your buying or selling currency. Large transfers with nothing in return can also auto flag your account.
Recommend against trading with level 1 characters but not much you can do sometimes.

IMO I would never sell or buy on d2jsp with my main account but a second one, if possible played from a different PC (or virtual machine) and using a different internet connection / IP (v4&v6) adress.
When you have secondary POE account like that you can do quick deals on d2jsp without the need of the sad "not trading with new/untrusted d2jsp member etc" shit.

Services get you banned too. Anything paid i FG get you banned. Talking about d2jsp and you can be grilled. Banned if you promote it or refer to the website as is.
You can buy services in game itself vs poe currency. Also check poe shop lists on the website trade subsection, people are posting their services offers here (boss kills, atlas completions, etc)
