Just like to see a number, it really seems like GGG is picking up their game.

I only have anecdotal evidence but it seems like bans and locks are becoming more common, we can all speculate as to why. That's not the point of my post, I'd just like to see if we can get some quantification to it for d2jsp users.

I was locked a few days ago (in 3.18 for future reference) and subsequently unlocked about 6 hours after I promised not to use this website to trade on POE going forward.

not me but it doesnt matter in my case cause i didnt play the last 2 leagues

i posted because i would like to add to the question, for those who did get locked/banned, are there some of you that did only textbook perfect trades (always pming the trader/asking to be pmed for a specific item listed on the site and then doing the fg thing) ?

doubt anyone does that

A lot of people do, I know my last two weeks of trades I did. But didn't prevent me from getting banned.

interesting i havn't traded here since metamorph, but i did a good amount of poe trading then, nothing crazy no huge trades but i never saw anyone do it. doesn't mean people don't but in all my time on jsp i don't think i have ever seen anyone actually like do anything different then just flat trade across runescape/poe/D2/and ROTMG. like i always just recorded the trades and have only been scammed once and never banned on any game or paltform.

However back when i did most my trading it was literally unheard of getting banned

Yeah, that's why I think GGG has either changed their detection algorithm, or something is causing them to focus on d2jsp more.

Most people are getting replies from support directly mentioning D2JSP and FG

most game companies are cracking down hard on it that i know of. i know runescape is banned gold sellers and buyers now which caused the market to go insane.

It saw a HUGE crash just a few months ago maybe 6 now, but i hear china is ramping up bot farms also but i dunno i knew a account buyer a while ago only reason i know any of that

Because most of the people being banned that you hear from also use jsp and post here.. obviously lol

I don't think they have spies.. the probably just know someone has traded with smalldevil etc and then say d2jsp

Was an old account (created shortly before/after game release) but without any high level character

My main account (created during closed beta and with hundreds of $$$ invested) has never been banned
Have been using my main to trade other than that 1 time I traded with smalldevil94, to which I used an alt for and got banned

Stop posting bs.
Jagex does not ban buyers often at all, and only bans sellers once they become huge think smalldevil or shops size.
Even if you, which you won't, get banned for buying gold, it's a temp ban, usually 2 weeks. They have stated publicly that banning buyers is not a solution.
