i want either that KB wander build
or
the omniscience tornadoshot build

i got around a 400-500ex budget

which is better and could i get some links to some solid PoB's im looking for High end gear but not mirror gear thats going to hard af to find
will tip if somone could gimmie there time and explain things

I'd say go RF

Especially if you're looking to do both bossing and mapping

Already the most played build in league (for a reason) xd

The KB wander that's becoming mainstream is usually for juiced mapping and MF with HH

Tornado shot is in a good spot because of changes to ele dmg bows and omni makes anything work

I'd say go KB wander since you can become a 5way host xd
