I would like to ask for an effective omniscience build.

Yeap... Amulet dropped and I want to test it. Apart from the amulet, I got a 20 ex budget.

Any ideas? Thanks

did ts last league with 5ex budget, stupidly op
more ex you throw in more dmg you will do
