Haven't played this league yet. How's it been compared to last league?

not great tbh.
balance is pretty stale since it's the same patch and while the situation with introducing new rares was handled a bit there is still a ton of issues that just make the game
less enjoyable for longer plays.

As long as you are playing meta you are fine
Just one step outside of meta bauble and you have to heavily invest into petroleum jelly or even medicine grade lube for your ass

I think this league offers the most versatiliy in farming strategy that ever existed in the history of PoE. Also the closest to harvest in terms of broken items being generated. The meta is already figured out so you can min-max builds knowing exactly how they will end up at the end of the ladder (with poe.ninja). The ridiculously hard rares and the lack of 10-ex all-in-one builds makes it really worth it to invest into getting endgame gear.

This is the best PoE has ever been for trade league. For SSF it sucks balls though so I'm skipping this part for this league

I feel like the league is fun...people like to bitch about the changes to rare mobs but it just makes you need to plan on builds better and check many more boxes to hit high tier map farming so there is some gate keeping to that and maps just feel empty without pressing the sentinel button now which makes worry about the following league in what they will do vs the loot explosions sentinels give us

Its my second League i skipped, and i dont think about starting it. Wait for next League or PoE 2
