It depends on what you mean exactly... theres MTX (can be bought ingame vs real money) and theres Alt Art items that can be traded (ingame or on jsp).

Some are tradable, some aren't.
Alt arts are items like old race rewards, which you can only get by trading.

Make Steam account -> buy steam balance in jsp with FG -> buy cosmetics in game with Steam balance

I dont spend real money that’s why I asked if can buy vs fgs is right otherwise idc cuz I just spend time till d2 ladder
