I started playing last league and am still very new to crafting. I'm trying to craft flasks that gain charges when you are hit and also trigger when they fill up. I jusy bought them last league but I have yet to see one go up. So I figure what the hell let's craft them. Any help is greatly appreciated. Ty.

i alt spam till i hit the mod that i want, then i instilling orb it for the trigger when full.
