can i buy bank tabs w FG?

no, you cannot buy mtx points (stash tabs) with FG

if you use steam, you may be able to buy steam cash with fg and then use that to buy your stash tabs (not sure what the latest rules on the steam gift cards and wallet balance shit is so you will have to check)

alrighty, ty, do you know when the best time to buy stash tabs would be anyywas?

the main reason i cant enjoy this game is the constant bank management

they do a stash tab sale every 3 weeks or something like that for the entire weekend, they just did it this past weekend (looks like it is still active today)
you can also add things to your wishlist on poe and you will get notified when those things go on sale - if you have notifications turned on

/e if you don't know about affinites you should check into that as well to help reduce the amount of stash management you have to do. You can allocate premium tabs so that specific items (currency, delve, essences, heist, expedition, maps, etc) automatically go to those tabs when you shift click them from your inventory. - this function also works with each of those sub categories that have their own special tab.
It is built into the game, you just have to enable it and setup your tabs for each specific group
