What's the best leveling build from level 1 to maps?

Is this still viable for a smooth run through?

People go splitting steel > shattering steel > spectral helix. But you have to know what build you're making.

I'm doing a meme build. Just need the easiest and smoothest over powered way to run through all the acts and level. Once I hit a decent level, I'm ditching it all to gear.

I'll respec every passive and ascendancy point if I have to. Story mode is just brutal for me.

Just watch any racer. They just grab 2h and do weapon recipe and leveling wiht steel skills

Update: So I actually went Hollow Palm and Smite. Once I got it running, it was over.
Might default to it more for how smooth it was.

Just the Regret Orbs kind of sucked.
