Hello, thinking about to start play POE, is there a Marauder "ww like" endgame pvp/pvm melee build?
are 30k fg's enought to make endgame gear?
are there trasmogs, change skins etc?

looking for help, thank you for any advise

You can go with Marauder ascending berserker or a Duelist - > Slayer // Duelist -> Champion

Depending on what kinda of weapon u want to wield mostly.
There is transmog and skin change but those are gated behind $$$ that you spend inside the client no trades on forums.

As for 30k. It's more then enought but if it's your first league I highly advice to play without investing on ur first char. U'll get ripped off more then anything. Play ur first story thru without investing and then if you actually like the game you will probably want to follow a build guide for the second character and then you can start spending.

I'd recommend picking a good class. At least look at the meta on poe.ninja. That way if you're trying out your own build and it doesn't work out, you can at least respec to a meta build.

This game has a shit ton of content. You should find a guide for your build like cyclone. Just make sure that guide is not old. League started few weeks ago and pretty much whole build-meta changed so don't look build guides that are like 2months old.. It might be hard to follow those.

Try out the game and play with low investment first. You mainly need 6-link armor for your skills. Doing the "endgame content" is behind like 10h acts, 10-15h mapping. So no rush to get best in slot items anywhere near the start.
