I've never been good at making my own builds, and since .15 my favorite hasn't been playable.

So, I'm looking for someone to make a custom build for me.

I would prefer Raider/Assassin - CoC - Exquisite Blade - Cyclone - Arc/Eye of Winter.
Does not have to destroy endgame, just be endgame viable.
I dislike CI/LL

I know it isn't going to be simple, but I wanna play my favorite build again.

Thoughts and discussions welcomed.

i played lacing steel coc
get the steel chards, press attack and get 33projectiles without a attack animation, and then a 3sec spell bombardment

Sounds kinda neat

did not even needed a single invesment!
this amu: 350crit chance, no crit damage

i currently have Templar inquisitor
i considered to use i for lvl, combined with my crit chance arcendancy (int or str becomes crit chance)
then i have 700crit chance, with just a amu and 1 passive point

most important, Lacing steel allow you to reach the 0.16cooldown coc without attack speed invesments
