2. Trading an item for currencies needed, instead of giving blank

do you all post items in ur stash for trade?

and have any one been banned for following the rules so far? Just thinking of restarting again after the ban yesterday

Don't use hacks.

Most macros aren't bannable unless you're caught on stream. Even single clicker mouse macros are okay nowadays as long as all they do is one action. Your story lacked a lot of details, and I'm sure it's it's hide the fact you were using some mods. I've been banned multiple times, so I know it's bs when someone claims to not use anything and get banned. I've also been flagged multiple times without using macros and gotten unbanned within 5-10 mins of sending an appeal.

having a low character in a new league and barely done any content in game but amassing shitloads of currency out of nowhere and doing large trades will surely get you ban

So if I'm a new account, with nothing to trade, am I out of luck? Or can I literally just put anything in the window?

Also, Is there any sticky with rules for trading on PoE?

so far i followed a few of these rules so i wont get banned again:

1. make it like an "actual" trade, i.e @xxxxx hey do you still need this shield for 100c?

2. always put an item into the trade window, so far been using trash uniques

3. dont mention jsp/fg anywhere in game when trading or even when talking to friends on pm

4. if you see u need an item/gear for 200c, dont buy the 200c and get ur item/gear immediately.. i try to stock some chaos here and there just in case if i see i need an item.. probably will not be flagged as it would seem like you are slowly raking in those Cs


honestly u dont need many good gears when levelling as a new acct.. playing the game as intended could actually get u to 60+ and clear all the acts

I rarely do this.. and have never had a problem

just do this: don't post your ign on jsp / include a random item in trade screen. nothing else needs to be done and even that probably isn't necessary

also I've talked about fg / jsp multiple times on poe and nothing happened

the random item one was quite important. bought 12ex on my first acct without giving an item. got banned an hour later lol.

I think the guy you traded reported you or was undercovered because I've done AT LEAST 10+ trades without having an item in either side of the trade (me selling exalts or buying) and nothing happened

so this is just not believable

beats me, oh well made a new one and so far so good.. they didnt even consider my appeal

i wait like 2 weeks to start each league to see how it pans out and to get the bugs patched.
as soon as i find my first rare i just buy 50-100 ex, never been banned.
