what options do i have? Apart from changing my mobo and playing the game legit again (i.e no rmt)

You can appeal the ban.

The reason was “thirdparty software”. Any idea if it is linked to rmt?

Only thing i had was the razer program (with no macros) and browser? How on earth did i got banned for these?

send them a dm, I got banned for using an auto-clicker and they reversed it when I told them I'd stop using it

Hardware software programs will not get you banned. This is 2021, most modern pc gamers use macro mice and keyboards.

This had to have been some kind of other program that was flagged. I would email them and inquire.
