I am new to JSP trading for POE. I have a few questions.

1. Are mediators available for POE trades?

2. I notice many people say on their signature "do not mention JSP in path of exile game chat", has there been bans for that?

2. I think everyone is just paranoid. To my knowledge there hasn't been any confirmed bans but I haven't look too much into it.

There's been plenty of bans. JSP definitely gets you tagged and your account locked for investigation. It happened to my brand new account once when my idiot of a friend mentioned he PM'd me on JSP.

I blocked him immediately and still got it locked and flagged for "RMT" - They later unbanned it and warned that it'll be the only chance I have against said topic.

just fake a trade to be honest. that way it looks like a trade.
