Essence drain boring af to play or am I doing it wrong? I’m clearing with bane and bossing with essence drain. Does it get better once min maxed? Currently an occultist lvl 85 just started yellow maps. I’m use to playing bow builds with high move and clear speed. My first time playing a caster I think I picked the wrong build 🙃

Never liked it honestly. But youre missing an important part of the build. Contagion.

yes i was using cont but with bane I don't really need it atm. just plowing through the atlas atm just hit yellows.

If you don’t plan on running ED and contagion your clear will solely be based on what you do with bane. And tbh right now it doesn’t get much better. I am switching from contagion ED as soon as possible.

how do people even enjoy that build after gem nerfs?
